And my answer is simple – NO! Palladium is not the new platinum. However, palladium is a great choice over white gold if platinum is just not an option.
Maybe another blog will ask this – is the top of the line Hyundai the new top of the line Mercedes? Hyundai makes some nice cars these days, but I would not classify their best models with an established and proven brand like Mercedes. Sure, all have benefits and appeal to people for different reasons. But one clearly is not the other.
As far as metals go, platinum is an established and proven brand with higher quality benefits. And palladium has been around for quite a long time, but has only really been getting noticed due to the drop in market value that happened about six or seven years ago. I really like palladium. But I also LOVE platinum.
