While surfing the Internet for wedding ring information and insights (a.k.a that thing that I do), I came across the following comment about palladium at Novori.com:
"How palladium stole the heart is that it is so similar to platinum yet only a quarter of its price. Moreover it is hypo allergic and ideal for those who have skin allergies since it I manufactured from almost pure metal state. It is whiter than white gold even and also a reasonable buy."
I agree with this statement, and I am a big fan of palladium, but not because I feel that it is a direct substitute for platinum. Platinum, in my opinion, is the ultimate metal for jewelry and wedding rings. And palladium is the better choice over white gold if platinum is not an option. But as I say from time to time, platinum is the metal that potentially will last past your lifetime, so while you’ll pay more for a platinum wedding ring or piece of jewelry now, that very same wedding ring or jewelry design has truly the strongest benefits.
Novori.com sells engagement rings, wedding rings, diamond rings and diamond jewelry online.
