Over on AskMetaFilter.com, a consumer is looking for a nickel-free tungsten ring – “I'm looking for some reputable online retailers selling 100% nickel-free tungsten rings.” Well, good luck. There is legally really only one big supplier of tungsten rings in the United States, although JC Penney’s won a lawsuit recently contesting the patent and the right to exclusively manufacture and/or distribute tungsten wedding rings without an agreement. So essentially, for most of America, there is only one main source for tungsten wedding rings unless you live near a JC Penney or order a tungsten ring from their website. It would be interesting to see how much nickel is in the JC Penny tungsten wedding ring, though.
If you have a different source for tungsten wedding rings, make a post to On a Search for Truly Hypoallergenic Tungsten at AskMetaFilter.com.

All the girls want to buy this for their wedding.
