- Palladium is a naturally white metal, which like platinum, means it does not have to be plated with rhodium to maintain it appearance.
- Palladium is less expensive because of simple market economics – at this time, there is simply not much of a demand. The author makes a great point that at one time the price of platinum was much lower when it started to be used in jewelry more and more.
- Palladium’s biggest selling point is that palladium is almost as white as platinum, but its price point is comparable to 14k white gold.
- White gold is not naturally white!
