Submit a Real Wedding

We welcome real-wedding submissions from couples, photographers, planners, venues and other wedding professionals. The strongest features show genuine decisions, useful details and a clear sense of place or personality rather than functioning as an advertorial.

What to send

• A short summary of the wedding, including location and date.
• Approximately 20–50 strong photographs that you have permission to submit for editorial publication.
• Names and links for the photographer and key suppliers.
• A few specific details: what mattered most, what changed during planning, and what the couple would recommend to someone planning a similar celebration.
• Where relevant, details of the rings, tailoring, dress code or other style decisions.

Image rights

Please only submit photographs where the photographer or rights holder has authorised editorial use. Photographers are credited and linked where supplied.

Editorial selection

Submission does not guarantee publication. We may edit copy for clarity and house style, select a smaller set of images, or decline a feature that is too promotional or does not provide enough useful detail for readers.

How to submit

Email the editorial team at hello@theweddingringblog.com with “Real Wedding Submission” in the subject line. Large image sets can be supplied by a shared gallery or download link.
