Do You Really Need a Bridal Wardrobe?
·The Wedding Ring Blog Editorial Team

The “bridal wardrobe” has moved from celebrity weddings into mainstream planning. Rehearsal looks, civil ceremony outfits, ceremony dresses and after-party changes are now common inspiration online.

One outfit is still completely normal
If you love your ceremony clothes and can move comfortably in them, there is no rule requiring a change.
A second look makes sense when the function changes
Heavy skirts, long trains and structured tailoring may be perfect for a ceremony but less practical for dancing.
Think in layers before entirely new outfits
A removable overskirt, jacket, veil, jewellery change or shoe change can transform the look without requiring another full outfit.
Budget for alterations first
Three mediocre outfits are not better than one beautifully fitted one.
